Problems Of Having Leaky Gut

Leaky Gut syndrome is a condition that leads to many other diseases or aggravates other diseases and worsens the condition of the individual. One might not be aware that he/ she have a leaky gut. In due course of time the individual might become intolerant towards certain food items and become sensitive towards certain after effect of leaky gut syndrome.

One might feel he/ she has run out of energy, face food or other chemical intolerances, multitude of other seemingly unrelated problems. The symptoms of leaky gut syndrome include: aggression; anxiety; asthma; atypical sensory reactions; bed-wetting; bladder infections; bloating or gas; chronic joint, muscle, or abdominal pain; confusion; diarrhea or constipation; fatigue; fevers of unknown origin; fuzzy thinking or ‘brain fog’; indigestion; memory problems; migraines; mood swings; nervousness; poor exercise tolerance; poor immunity; skin rashes.

In addition to the larger food particles enter in to the blood stream and being attacked to be considered as anti-bodies, there is also another dimension to the problem. The individual might experience nutritional deficiencies too. Vitamin therapies are available today to treat leaky gut which targets some of the other system which is starving for raw materials. By supplying one or two specific raw materials one can temporarily fix the problem. However if the vitamins reach the areas that require vitamins on the whole the body will still be malfunctioning. If the gut does not absorb the food well the supplements will not be absorbed too. Instead of providing the body with supplements it is better to look in to the healing leaky gut.
